The Hikvision DS-2CE70KF0T-PFS(2.8mm) is a high-resolution 3K ColorVu fixed turret CCTV camera designed to deliver detailed surveillance footage and full-color imaging around the clock.

The camera uses a 3K CMOS sensor with a maximum resolution of 2960 × 1665, providing more image detail than conventional 1080p/2MP CCTV cameras. It can deliver 3K video at up to 20fps through TVI, while also supporting other resolutions and video standards depending on the selected output format.

A major feature of this camera is Hikvision ColorVu technology. Its F1.0 large aperture allows more light to reach the sensor, supporting 24/7 color imaging and improved low-light performance. Hikvision specifies a minimum illumination of 0.001 Lux at F1.0 with AGC enabled, and 0 Lux when white light is used.

The 2.8mm fixed lens provides a wide viewing angle of approximately 102° horizontally, 56° vertically and 122° diagonally. This makes the camera particularly suitable for rooms, retail floors, reception areas, corridors, entrances and other locations where broad coverage is required.

For nighttime visibility, the camera features white-light illumination up to 20 metres. Unlike conventional infrared-only cameras, its ColorVu design is intended to maintain color imaging rather than relying solely on black-and-white nighttime footage.

The DS-2CE70KF0T-PFS also includes a built-in microphone and supports audio over coaxial cable, allowing compatible DVR equipment to record audio and video using the existing coaxial CCTV infrastructure.

The camera supports TVI, AHD, CVI and CVBS switchable video output, making it compatible with a range of analog HD DVR systems. It also includes Digital WDR and 2D Digital Noise Reduction to improve image quality in challenging lighting conditions.
